Which airports are closest to your favourite ski resort
October 5, 2019
The Alps are the perfect playground for a winter holiday. Keen skiers travel in their thousands each year to get to their preferred ski resort for an exhilarating week of winter sports. A question we often get asked is what airport might be best to fly to for an easy journey to each resort. Alongside what is the approximate transfer time and what is the best way to get there. Below you will find a list of our preferred ski resorts and what airports they are close to. I have also gone into detail giving approximate transfer times to each resort to help make the decision process that bit easier. We hope that this will be a handy resource for any keen skier so make sure to bookmark this page for easy reference.
Something worth noting is that on peak dates due to large numbers of guests, traffic will increase journey times to all ski resorts. It is also worth taking into consideration that whilst some airports appear to only be a little further than the closest airport, transfers can often be more readily available and more cost effective from the closest airport. If you do have a question about transfer availability, do get in touch and we’re happy to help advise and book your transfers for you.
