Booking with Flagstone Travel is extremely easy – you can choose from a large selection of destinations on our website, or you can look through the holiday types if you know the kind holiday you would like but are not set on location. The deposit amount varies depending on the holiday that you want to book and is impacted by factors such as destination, accommodation and the duration prior to travel. Please get in touch with one of our travel specialists to confirm the amount required to proceed with your booking.
The balance due date varies from holiday to holiday and you will find it included in your booking confirmation. We will also be in touch with a gentle reminder before your payment is due.
We can process your payment by debit or credit card over the phone, with no card charges. Alternatively, we accept payment via bank transfer (including international transfers). Please ask your Flagstone Travel specialist for the details required to pay via bank transfer.
We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your booking but we understand that circumstances change. All cancellation requests must be made in writing so please email us at concierge@flagstonetravel.com. There may be some elements of your holiday that are non-refundable so please see our terms and conditions for more information regarding monetary refunds. Where possible we will try to process any cancellation requests and monetary refunds as soon as possible.
Some countries require you to have vaccinations before you can travel there and you may also be required to present vaccination certificates at border control, so please make sure you are fully prepared before you travel. You can find out more information about travel vaccinations on the NHS website or by contacting your doctor. Please note that some vaccinations are required 6 to 8 weeks+ prior to travel so it’s important to plan accordingly.
You may need a visa to enter some countries. If travelling with a UK passport please check your Visa requirements on the government travel advice website (https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice), or ask your Flagstone Travel specialist.
Upon the payment of deposit or full balance, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. You will then receive a full detailed itinerary including all travel information 7-14 days prior to travel. If you book within this period, we will ensure you receive all your travel documents as quickly as possible.
Yes – all airlines have weight and dimension restrictions with regards to hand and hold luggage, which will vary from airline to airline, so please check the individual airline’s websites. The usual packaging rules apply to your hand luggage which can also be checked on the individual airline’s website.
When travelling abroad, most hotels are very hygienic and we make every effort to ensure that the properties which we sell maintain excellent standards. If you are travelling somewhere you are unsure of we advise you drink bottled water (check the seal is intact), avoid raw fruit and salad that has been washed in tap water and it’s usually better to avoid ice in drinks.

Your itinerary will include emergency contact information for each of the destinations of your travel, and a local contact for any resorts you book through Flagstone Travel. We advise that during your holiday you speak directly with your local contact if you need specific help.

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
