Inspired by the Hollywood hit Babylon A.D. the Chalet Babylon is full of character and unique touches. These include the original motorbike which Vin Diesel used in the film being mounted in the living room – it is certainly a chalet like no other. Located in the picturesque French ski resort of Tignes Les Brévières, the chalet is just a couple of minutes away by foot from the ski lift, alternatively guests can use the chalet chauffeur service which is on hand daily.

Chalet Babylon is one of six luxurious chalet apartments which make up the outstanding Black Diamond Residences. These sister chalets vary in size and style from the Chalet Banksy Tribute sleeping eight guests to the Chalet Raven sleeping up to 18 guests. Guests of these chalets enjoy access to a wealth of communal facilities throughout their stay. These range from the inviting ski lounge with TVs showing the current snow conditions in the Espace Killy ski area, to the après ski terrace with fire pit and the indoor bar which is ideal for snowier days. There is also a shared fitness suite and spa with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and massage treatment room. 

The Chalet Babylon is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has a spacious open-plan living room with inviting sofas, a log fireplace, bar area and pool table. There is also an impressive dining area perfect for enjoying the delights served by your professional chef. There is a south-west facing terrace which gives lovely views of the surrounding mountains, but the icing on the cake is the balcony’s private outdoor hot-tub. There are four spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, most with views of the mountains, and there is one children’s bunk bedroom as well. 

The Chalet Babylon is fully staffed when booked on a catered basis with delicious breakfasts and three course evening meals on six days as well as complimentary drinks enjoyed throughout guests’ stay. Please note that meals are prepared in the central residence kitchen and then served in the privacy of the chalet to guests by their host. The Chalet Babylon can be booked on a bed and breakfast or self-catered basis for those who would rather dine out or cater for themselves in the evenings.
