Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, Seychelles
5* resort
Guide prices from: £1,785 per person for 7 nights, based on two sharing (including London flights and transfers)
A backdrop which famously provided literary inspiration to the novelist Ian Fleming, built before the First World War this hotel has recently been refurbished and is now one of the best modern resorts that the island has to offer. Surrounded by granite boulders and the rainforest, sunset villas are tucked away overlooking the turquoise ocean set in the tropical forest surroundings.
The restaurants and cuisine are exceptional, there are a choice of three, from the Hilltop restaurant in a commanding position with live cooking stations and themed evenings, Les Cocotiers providing al fresco dining under the stars and the oceanview bar and restaurant providing light bites with ocean views, the restaurants are just one of the reasons why we travel to and enjoy the Seychelles and the cuisine it offers. Alongside the spa, which epitomises tranquility and relaxation, this sanctuary offers treatment rooms unlike any other.
