The Mushara Lodge is an excellent property located on the eastern boundary of the famous Etosha National Park. It is a lavish lodge offering a variety of room types and chalets to suit couples and families. With a range of beautiful thatched buildings surrounded by gardens and a spacious sunbathing area with swimming pool it is perfect for relaxing in between game drives. 

As the Mushara Lodge is so close to the park, just eight kilometres away, it is excellent for those looking to get a head start to viewing the wildlife and wanting to head into the park for sunrise. Sunrise is one of the best times of day for game viewing with many of the watering holes with visiting elephants, zebras and antelope as well as other game such as lions and leopards. 

The lodge itself is stylish and chic with light and airy rooms. There is a lovely living area, a bar and dining area for guests to enjoy as well as a library and shop. During the colder months or in the evenings guests can warm themselves by the roaring log fireplace and regale one another with tales of their game drives. The Mushara Lodge offers private game drives with expert guides for guests which can be pre-booked at an additional charge. 

With ten spacious chalets and a variety of rooms the lodge is excellent for a range of guests. Each of the rooms is surrounded by the Purple Pod Terminalia trees, otherwise known as Mushara, that grow in the local area. The Mushara Lodge is a personal lodge and offers a high quality of service and local cuisine on a half-board basis with breakfast and dinner enjoyed in the restaurant. It is the perfect place to spend a few nights whilst on safari.
